Mila Mancheva

Mila Mancheva is a free-lance researcher, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. She earned her Ph.D in History at the Central European University, Budapest and conducted a Post Doc study of Bulgarian irregular migration as Humboldt Fellow at the Institute for East European Studies, Free University, Berlin. Her research is focused on issues of migration, ethnicity and nationalism. She published a number of articles on aspects of Bulgarian emigration and is currently working on studies of inter-cultural and labor market aspects of Bulgarian immigration.
