Viktorija Borovska

Viktorija Borovska (born June 24th, 1977) is Senior Researcher, Academic Program Coordinator of the “Euro-Balkan” Institute from Skopje-FYROM and Program Officer of its Research Center in Gender Studies. Viktorija Borovska holds a MA. in sociology. She was coordinator and assistant of many projects regarding the gender studies area and other fields of social and humanity sciences, for example: “Gender Perspective of Trafficking in Human Beings”; School of Gender and Politics; Thematic evaluation of the impact of four projects: “Bridges for the new Balkans,” “Mozaik – Bilingual Kindergartens”, “Safe Schools in Communities at Risk” and “Children, Theater, Education” concerning the inter-ethnic relations and dialogue in FYROM. She also has the methodological experience in quantitative/qualitative research projects in terms of collecting qualitative and quantitative data, processing of data and it’s analysis. One of her most recent research projects was: “Sexual harassment at work as a form of violence against women”.

She participated in seminars, workshops and courses, just to mention: ReSet Regional Seminar for Excellence in Teaching “Gender and Women’s studies in Southeastern Europe: Rethinking Ideologies and Strategies of Their European Integration”; “Gender issues and concepts of feminizm”.
